A tasty, fresh and sugar-free condiment that can be used on a variety of dishes.
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes.
1 cup Coriander (Fresh)
2 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
½ Lemon
1 Salt (pinch to taste)
½ Red Onion (Chopped)

Cut Tomatoes in half and add to blender with chopped Onions, Coriander, Garlic and Salt.

Squeeze lemon into the mix, using a sieve to catch any pips.

Blend until smooth and EnJOY!
