A quick, fresh, spicy and comforting breakfast recipe for a cold or rainy morning!
1. Toast your bread.
2. Melt coconut oil in frying pan on medium heat.
3. Add chopped onion, red pepper and mushrooms.
4. Once vegetables are slightly browned, add chilli flakes/fresh chilli and turn off the stove (leave pan on the stove plate).
2. Mash/Slice avocado, add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spread avocado on Toast and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
4. Add sautéed vegetables on top of your avocado and enJOY with a cup of tea/coffee.
