A quick and delicious mini microwave cake for chocolate and coconut lovers 🙂
Mix together Coconut Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Water, Cinnamon, Banana, Honey and Coconut Oil in a cereal bowl.
Cook in the Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Knife should emerge clean when put in the center. If still moist, cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Leave to cool.
Remove cake bowl and leave upside down on a cooling rack/plate or bread board.
When cool, Ice the cake with nut butter and sprinkle coconut on top.
Enjoy with a cup of tea/coffee 🙂
